Returns Policy – The Antique Forager

All items we sell are one-off, carefully curated antiques and vintage pieces. As each item is unique, it cannot be replaced with another identical piece.

Please take time to read the full description and examine all photographs carefully before purchasing, paying particular attention to any age-related wear, restoration or imperfections described.

If you have any questions before buying, we're always happy to help.

Changing your mind

If you decide your purchase isn't quite right, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent, and you will be responsible for the return postage costs.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.

Item not as described

If the item you receive differs materially from the description on our website at the time of purchase, we'll provide a full refund, including the original delivery charge, once the item has been safely returned.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@antiqueforager.com as soon as possible, including clear photographs of both the item and the packaging.

We assess each case individually and will always work with you to reach a fair resolution. Where appropriate, we'll provide a full refund. If we ask you to return the damaged item, we'll cover the return postage.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund promptly using your original payment method.
