Returns Policy – The Antique Forager

All items we sell are one-off, unique pieces and can’t be replaced with another identical item.
Please take time to read the full description and examine all photographs carefully before buying, noting any age-related wear or defects mentioned.
If you have any questions about a piece, please get in touch — we’re always happy to help.

Changing your mind

If you receive your item and decide it’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return it to us for a refund.
You will be responsible for the return postage cost, and the item must reach us in the same condition it was sent.
We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.

Item not as described

If the item you receive differs from its description on our website at the time of purchase, we’ll issue a full refund including your original postage cost once we’ve safely received the item back in the condition it was sent.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please email us straight away at info@antiqueforager.com with clear photos of both the item and the packaging.
We assess each case individually but will always aim to refund you in full.
If we ask you to return the damaged item, we’ll cover the return postage.

Important information

All returns should be securely packed and returned within 14 days of receipt of your item in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Refunds are processed promptly once the returned item has been received and checked
