Shipping Policy – The Antique Forager

UK Customers

Postage is included in the price of all items for UK customers, so there are no additional postage charges at checkout.

We use Royal Mail tracked services for reliability and peace of mind.

International Customers (including the USA & Canada)

Postage for international orders is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

International parcels are sent using a tracked service and are insured where available.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply in their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Packaging

Every item is carefully checked before dispatch and securely packaged using recyclable materials wherever possible, including sturdy cardboard boxes and protective packaging, to help ensure it arrives safely while minimising environmental impact.

Dispatch & Tracking

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days of purchase. Working days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.

For example, an order placed on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Tuesday.

If The Antique Forager is temporarily closed or dispatch times are longer than usual, this will be clearly displayed in the announcement banner at the top of our website.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Tracking updates will be provided directly by Royal Mail or the relevant courier where available.

Please ensure your email address and mobile telephone number are entered correctly at checkout so that you can receive delivery updates.

Delivery

All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Delivery times vary according to the destination, courier service and, for international orders, any customs processing.

Some delivery services may require a signature. Where available, you may be able to nominate a safe place or rearrange delivery directly with the courier.
