Shipping Policy – The Antique Forager

UK Customers

Postage is included in the price of all items for UK customers — there are no extra charges at checkout.
We use Royal Mail Tracked services for reliability and peace of mind.

International Customers (including USA & Canada)

Postage for international orders is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight and destination of your order.
All international parcels are shipped using Royal Mail’s tracked and insured service.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.

Packaging

Every item is carefully and securely packed using 100% recyclable materials — sturdy cardboard boxes and recyclable bubble wrap — to ensure safe delivery while minimising environmental impact.

Dispatch and Tracking

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days of purchase.
Once your parcel has been checked, scanned and collected by Royal Mail, you’ll receive a dispatch notification email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates will be provided directly by Royal Mail as your parcel makes its journey to you.

Delivery

All orders are sent using tracked delivery services.
You can track your parcel using the link provided in your dispatch email.
To receive tracking updates, please make sure you include both your email address and mobile number at checkout.

A signature is not normally required unless you’ve set a “Safe Place” or delivery instruction directly with the courier.
