Here we have a couple of unsigned pencil sketches of a female 38x44cm

This looks to be by an accomplished artist - there is freedom in the hand of this artist that only comes with years of practice and/or undiluted talent

Unsigned art can be frustrating as we are not able to put a name/face to the work but on the other hand there is always an air of mystery about these works- is it or isn't it!

There are some graphite rub marks on the paper but these were likely made by the artist during the sitting - top left and bottom right corner has a crease -overall the perimeter is a little ragged but this could be trimmed back - to be clear this is two drawings, one on each side of the paper

These sketches are from a portfolio collection bought at local Sussex auction - trimmed mounted and framed they would make stylish and original images for your home or office
