A Danish Design Sterling Silver Pendant and (925 Parts Silver) Necklace by Hermann Siersbol, Weighs 9g

Here we have a Danish design sterling silver pendant and (925 parts silver) necklace by Hermann Siersbol, weighs 8g (Bought from a Reputable Sussex Auction house) with what we believe to be a Zirconia stone set in the pendant (or is is a diamond? we don't know)

This necklace was made by the Danish designer Hermann Siersbol who opened his workshop in April 1945.

He had a mission to make affordable quality jewellery in modern Scandinavian designs. He started with an investment of 2000 crowns which he had laid aside of his salary as a silversmith apprentice.

His company has slowly become one of the largest silver and gold jewellery producers of Scandinavia. In 1964 Hermann died in a tragic accident and the company was taken over by his 4 children. The early pieces are very sought after and valuable.

Please note we have listed jewellery pieces as accurately as we can, we have not tested for gold or silver and will only say if its gold or silver if there is a mark on the item to say so.
