Here we have a tri handled Arts & Crafts Art Pottery Vase with polychrome band at rim 16cm tall
This piece has the look - the band of colour around the top of the vase completes it for me
There are no signs of chips, cracks or restoration - just a minute nibble to the base and some very small glazing faults
