Pattern number 8036 & the type face 'F' that the books show as L.Francis
The insignia to the base of this vase represents Doulton works from 1902 -1922 and this was when they introduced to mark the grant of the Royal Warrant by King
There looks to of been some minor restoration to the base rim. see images for close up
