Here we have an original framed signed 1948 Australian cricket team sheet including Don Bradman

This is a 100% authentic original team sheet signed by all the Australian cricket team in 1948

The sheet is framed in an oak frame with original backing

A few of the signatures are quite faded, Don Bradman's being one of them unfortunately - none the less this is a remarkable survivor and a wonderful piece of memorabilia

The 1948 Australian team, besides Bradman, comprised Lindsay Hassett (vice-captain), Arthur Morris (co-opted selector), Sid Barnes, Bill Brown, Ron Hamence, Neil Harvey, Ian Johnson, Bill Johnston, Ray Lindwall, Sam Loxton, Colin McCool, Keith Miller, Doug Ring, Ron Saggers, Don Tallon, and Ernie Toshack.

In the Summer of 48, Don Bradman, at the age of 40, led a team of players across the oceans with intent, with resolve, with enormous talent in their ranks, and with the dogged will to win all that they could.

They showed the world that, at least for that wonderful post-war summer, they were truly Invincible.
