Barnard Castle is a market town on the north bank of the River Tees, in County Durham, England. The town is named after and built around a medieval castle ruin.
The pestle measures 22cm long and the top of the mortar is 16.5cm in diameter
Slightly rusty and a few casting pit marks but kid you not this is a solid and heavy piece with many many years left in it
