A brass motor car bulb horn, likely dating to the 1920s and measuring approximately 40 cm in length. The form, scale and mounting method indicate use on an early motor vehicle rather than a bicycle.

The horn features a hand-formed brass bell with rolled rim and curved neck, mounted on a brass tube with an original cleat-style fixing bracket, designed for rigid attachment to a vehicle body or chassis component. The black rubber bulb appears original and remains supple, producing a clear, strong sound when operated.

All components are present and functioning. Bulb horns of this type were widely used on early motor cars and light commercial vehicles prior to the universal adoption of electric horns.

A well-proportioned and decorative piece of early automobilia, suitable for both collectors and interior display.
