A rare matching pair of antique ribbed green glass perfume bottles, attributed to the Stolzle glassworks of Bohemia/Austria and dating to the late 19th century (c.1880–1900).
Each bottle has a faceted, ribbed body in vibrant emerald green with a subtle iridescent surface developed over time. The necks are fitted with embossed bronze/brass mounts, decorated with a repeating foliate pattern, now richly patinated with age.
These elegant bottles would originally have been used for perfume or scent on a lady’s dressing table. Today, they make highly decorative display pieces and are sought-after by collectors of Bohemian and Austro-Hungarian glassware.
