A beautiful original Victorian Church Services book, dating from around 1880, bound in dark embossed leather with brass mounts and clasps. The gilt-edged pages feature an ornate embossed pattern, and the inside covers are finished with richly marbled endpapers.
This pocket-sized prayer book was likely used for morning and evening services and has all the charm of a well-kept 19th-century devotional volume. A handwritten inscription at the front adds to its personal history and period character.
The spine shows gentle wear from age, but the book remains complete and solid with both brass edge fittings intact. A lovely piece of Victorian craftsmanship — perfect for collectors of antique prayer books, ecclesiastical items, or as a decorative keepsake for a period home.

Good antique condition with wear to the leather along the spine and edges. Clasp ends present but closer missing , pages clean, binding secure for age.
