Super rare - beautifully detailed - Bergman style bronze cold painted sculpture of a standing Kingfisher
Original cork washer to base - we have not separated the base from the sculpture to maintain the pieces integrity - so there may well be the letter 'B' on the kingfishers base?!?
Cold painted -so called cast bronzes were decorated in several layers of polychrome ‘dust paint.’ These layers were not fired to fix them to the bronzes , hence they are know as ‘cold painted'
Condition - wear to the paint as would be expected
