Dutch Wuba Warmink Mantel Clock with Moon phase hourly and half hourly chimes
This is a fully functioning clock with a lovely delicate chime -The clock is really beautiful. It works perfectly and has been professionally serviced
The clock was manufactured by one of the best manufacturer's in Holland, the WUBA clock company owned by the Warmink family. The company was founded in the 1920s and this model would have been produced between the 1950s and 1960s.
An original vintage Dutch Wuba Warmink mantel clock dating from the 1960s. This clock features a classic Warmink case crafted from mahogany and oak with brass metal and enamel accents.
This mantel clock has a wind up mechanism with 8 day moon phase movement (The clock comes with its original key)
An ornately decorated face with cherub faces, Roman numerals and scenes with a church and globe.
The top of the wooden case has decorative brass pinecone finials and a carrying handle and it sits on four brass feet.
The original WUBA (Warmink) label is still attached to the interior of the back door with the serial numbers
Measures 22cm tall 18cm wide and 14cm deep
This clock is in full working order however please note that while every precaution will be taken to securely wrap and package the clock as with all our items (we will softly pack the internal part of the clock) ; movement during transportation may knock it a bit our but they are easy to adjust once settled in its new home.
