Hand painted unique folk art painting of a Welsh cottage inscribed 'Bwthyn Bach to Gwelt' on slate

Bwthyn Bach meaning little cottage and possibly Gwelt was the recipient of this lovely painting - painted on a piece of slate - how appropriate this being a Welsh scene etc
There is a name on the rear 'Parry Fiddler' - but our research has unearthed nothing unfortunately - but it is unusual to get any name at all on pieces of similar folk art as they were meant for a loved one and them only and they would know who it was from so no need for a name of the piece - who knows?
Quite a naïve painting meant purely as a gift to a loved one more than likely, much like the beautiful hand carved Welsh love spoons that are highly collected.
The image looks to have been preserved in a light varnish coat but over all this is in lovely condition and
