A charming and elegant vintage carved shell cameo brooch, presented in a vintage display box. The central carved shell cameo features a finely detailed classical female profile with flowers in her hair, masterfully hand-carved with delicate depth and warm tonal contrast.
The cameo is framed by an intricate openwork filigree gallery and flanked by stylized scrolled shoulders with twisted wire accents. The reverse bears a circular stamp reading "14K G.F." alongside maker or distributor marks. A lovely piece of antique costume and fine-filled jewelry, perfect for collectors or vintage wear.
