The group includes butterflies decorated in rich pink, turquoise, blue, white, green and gold tones. The largest brooch has an attractive openwork design and measures approximately 40mm across its wingspan.
One brooch is signed and dated “© MMA 1985”, identifying it as a Metropolitan Museum of Art jewellery piece. The remaining brooches and earrings are unmarked.

CONDITION
Good vintage condition with light surface marks, rubbing and age-related wear to the gold-tone finish, particularly on the backs and edges. The enamel remains colourful, with minor imperfections consistent with previous use.
