Vintage 925S Gilt Silver Pearl & Red Stone Brooch Pendant Necklace – MI Makers Mark, Scandinavian/Italian Silver Jewellery 15" Chain

A beautiful and versatile vintage brooch pendant necklace crafted in 925S sterling silver with a gold gilt finish, set with seed pearls and vivid red cabochon stones in a floral design.

The reverse is stamped 925S (a silver standard mark used widely in Scandinavia and sometimes Italy) and carries the maker’s mark MI on the lowest flower. In Italian silver, “MI” often indicates Milan origin, while in Scandinavian silver “925S” was widely used to denote sterling quality. This dual marking makes the piece particularly interesting to collectors of European designer silver jewellery.

The circular pendant brooch measures 30mm across and features five floral clusters, each with lustrous seed pearls and a red cabochon centre. It has both a secure pin fitting for wear as a brooch and a fixed bail to be worn as a pendant. The included 15-inch chain is also marked 925S at the clasp.
