This is a superb example of a vintage Hornby Dublo tank wagon, model D1 No. 32084, advertising Mobil Oil Company Limited. Manufactured in England by Meccano Ltd, Liverpool, this OO gauge model features a bold red cylindrical tank with vibrant Mobilgas and Mobiloil Pegasus branding on both sides.
The underside is clearly marked with “Hornby Dublo” and retains its original couplings and wheels. Impressively, it comes in its original blue striped box which is in good vintage condition with minimal wear and original multilingual label intact.
A sought-after item for collectors of vintage British model railways or Mobil advertising memorabilia. Perfect for display or to complete an authentic mid-century OO gauge layout.
