Made in England by Meccano Ltd, Liverpool, this OO gauge (1:76 scale) wagon dates to the late 1950s–early 1960s and is a fine example of mid-century tinplate railway design. The detailed rivets, original black chassis, wire bracing, and authentic couplings add to its nostalgic charm.
It comes with its original striped blue Hornby Dublo box, labelled and marked clearly, with wear consistent with age. The wagon itself is in good vintage condition with some minor surface wear that reflects its history and display use.
